Something to think about
I found an interesting blog today about a company which has adopted a kind of survivor development strategy, where every three months a vote is taken, and the bottom 10% are replaced by new employees. The part that really caught my eye was the question they asked at the end of the post:
“If your team had a vote yesterday, would you still have a job on Monday? If not, do something about that now.”
